1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Purpose of the website
This website provides general information about Nina Loguinova Piano Academy, its teaching approach, student performances, and ways to inquire about lessons. Website content is informational and does not itself create a teacher-student relationship or guarantee lesson availability.
3. Parents, guardians, and children
The website is intended primarily for parents, legal guardians, and adults. Children under 13 should not submit forms or personal information through the website.
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for inquiries, enrollment decisions, scheduling, transportation, supervision, payments, and permissions involving a minor student.
4. Lesson arrangements
Lesson schedules, rates, payment terms, attendance expectations, cancellations, make-up lessons, studio conduct, and other instructional policies may be provided separately and may change from time to time. Those specific arrangements control over general website descriptions if there is a conflict.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a lesson time or require the Academy to accept a student.
5. No guaranteed results
The Academy is committed to thoughtful, individualized instruction, but musical progress varies according to age, attendance, practice, preparation, aptitude, health, family support, and other factors. No particular performance level, examination result, competition outcome, or timeline is guaranteed.
6. Student safety and conduct
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information that may reasonably affect instruction or safety. Students and visitors are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable studio rules. The Academy may decline or discontinue instruction when conduct, safety, repeated nonpayment, or other circumstances make continued lessons inappropriate.
7. Photos, recordings, and performances
Ownership and permission for student photographs, audio, or videos are handled separately. The presence of student media on this website does not give visitors permission to download, copy, repost, edit, identify, or commercially use that media.
Parents and guardians should not submit or publish media depicting other children without appropriate permission.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, lesson descriptions, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the Academy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and print limited portions for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from website content without prior permission.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- Submit false, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or infringing material.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website, server, forms, or accounts.
- Interfere with website operation or introduce malicious code.
- Harvest contact information or use the website for unsolicited marketing.
- Misuse student names, images, videos, or other identifying information.
10. Third-party websites
The website may link to or embed services operated by YouTube, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, and other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. The Academy is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or security.
11. Website availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the website functioning, the Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every item is current at all times.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or third-party links.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. New York law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes and contact
The Academy may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions may be submitted through the contact page or by calling 716-870-8468.
These Terms of Use are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws of the State of New York and the United States. Any provision that conflicts with mandatory law will be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to remain legally compliant.
