WELCOME TO NINA LOGUINOVA ACADEMY
Nina Loginova academy brings together beginners, intermediate, and advanced piano students in a mutually enriching, challenging and encouraging environment. We are passioned to the teaching of fine arts and we are committed to the development of young talents in the area of classical music.
We provide our piano students a well-rounded education in order to enhance their interest and enjoyment of music-making. We offer individual attention to our students. This allows us to create a full interaction between students and their musical environment focusing on their creativity. By providing all our students with comprehensive music education, based on the performance of the traditional piano repertoire, we prepare them for a lifetime of music-making, critical listening, and appreciation.
WHAT WILL THE STUDEN LEARN
Solfege
Students will learn solfege in both do re mi and A B C methods along with the appropriate terminology in Italian.
History
Students will receive comprehensive instruction about the masters of classical music and their techniques.
Style
We will teach and supervise the right hand position and the proper use of pedals for a proffessional performance.
Rythm
Our students will learn how to read and understand rhythms and rhythmic patterns
Ear Training
Our students will receive extensive training to adapt their auditory perception to melodies and chords.
Scales
Our students will learn a good range of scales by knowing how to play them and understanding their patterns.

FOR ALL AGES
We teach students as young as age 5 focusing on easy melodies and materials that are appropriate for young, hands. We offer a step by step study method including both theory and practice, during which students receive feedback from the instructor. In this way, the immediate results keep our student interested and enthusiastic about learning piano. In addition, and regardless of age or student’s level, we offer solfege instruction which is one of the most important skills in music.
